Inspection tags are designed to record and document equipment and machinery inspection, servicing and maintenance events for easy reference. Tags are made from a durable 10 mil synthetic stock and measure 3-3/8” x 5-3/4”. Sold in packages of 25 with or without 3/8” metal eyelet.
