While the regulations of HazCom 2012 (US) and WHMIS 2015 (Canada) are closely aligned, they do have slight variations in classification and labeling. For example, all labels and SDSs in WHMIS 2015 (Canada) must be in both English and French, while the HazCom 2012 (US) labels and SDSs must be in English only.
